Fieri provided guidance during the taping. The restaurant has six locations and has been open since 1980. It is well-known for its famous ribs. There is also pulled pork and chicken. You can also order a side salad or potato salad.

Valentina's Tex Mex Barbecue

You might have seen Guy Fieri's new barbecue grill truck on the Food Network. But what is Valentina’s Tex Mex Barbecue? It is a fusion Tex Mex and barbecue that offers a variety delicious meats in sandwiches and tacos.

It is a combination Mexican classics and smoked meats. It is served in a trailer with tangy slaw, mesquite smoked house-made barbecue sauce, and smoked brisket tacos. The restaurant even serves breakfast tacos. Valentina's, despite the name, does not offer lunch. But, it offers a full-breakfast menu that includes pork brisket, smoked beef brisket, and beans.

Valentina's bbq is the best. Vidal was born in the Tex-Mex Tex-Mex and named the restaurant after him.
